Santa’s Little Helper is 5 Months!!
KAI Kids Christmas Party & a visit with Santa
This week was the annual KAI Kids Christmas party downtown at the office. Molly was so excited to go to Daddy’s office. I think she thinks that there is a party there everyday!!
Then, SANTA came in!! Molly was so excited to see him! She just giggled and hid behind my legs! But, she really wanted to go tell him what she wants for Christmas, so eventually she went to sit on his lap. Also, she knew he was going to give her a candy cane, and she wasn’t going to miss that!1 Ha ha!!
After the party, Molly wanted to go see the Portland Christmas tree at Pioneer Square (She sees it on TV all the time). So we walked a block up the street to see it! It is HUGE!!
A very fun night!! Thanks KAI for another great party!
Molly’s first Nativity set
We’ve been playing with the Fisher Price Nativity Set that Bama gave Molly last year at our house. She has started talking about Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus. But today, she came home from preschool with a set she had made! She was so proud!! It definitely means more when you make it yourself! She colored each person & animal purple (of course!) I think it is beautiful!!
Christmas Tree Hunt 2011
We picked a cold, dry, Oregon day to go look for our Christmas tree!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
Thanksgiving 2011
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at our house this year. Bama, Papa, Matt & Lauren, Brian & Sabrina, Auntie, Ivan, and Matt’s friend Jason all joined us.
I was busy cooking most of the day so these are the only pictures I got with my camera. I will update this post with my dad’s pictures when h e gives them to me!! We had a busy day, with lots of good food & football…….UNTIL the Aggies lost to tu on a last second field goal. Ugh!
Halloween 2011
Molly wanted to be a bunny this year, so with a lot of help from our friend Joni, Brendan was a carrot!!
They were pretty darn cute!! After eating dinner in a pumpkin, we went Trick-or-Treating with our neighbors, the Petersons.
We hope you had a wonderful Halloween too!!
